Junior Class
Our Junior classes are designed for swimmers who are ready to take the next step in their swim journey. In these sessions, we focus on body positioning and gliding techniques to help them move efficiently through the water. Swimmers will also be introduced to the three main strokes—freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke—through structured drills and guided practice. With a strong emphasis on technique and consistency, our goal is to help each child develop smooth, confident strokes and build stamina for independent swimming.

Gliding
Gliding is the technique of maintaining a streamlined body position while moving smoothly through the water without kicking or stroking. It helps swimmers develop balance, control, and efficient momentum in the water.

Freestyle/ Front Crawl
Freestyle is a fun and fast swimming stroke where kids use big arm circles, small flutter kicks, and turn their heads to the side to breathe. It helps children move quickly through the water while learning coordination, balance, and confidence in swimming.

Breaststroke
Breaststroke is a gentle and steady swimming stroke where kids make a big heart shape with their arms and do a frog kick with their legs. It's great for learning timing and control, and helps children feel calm and confident as they glide smoothly through the water.

Backstroke
Backstroke is a relaxing stroke where kids float on their backs, kick their legs like flutter kicks, and move their arms in big circles, one at a time. It helps children build confidence on their backs, improve coordination, and learn how to stay balanced and calm in the water.
