Toddler and Children Class

Our Toddler and Children classes are designed to build water confidence through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. In these sessions, we focus on foundational water skills such as bubble blowing, safe entry into unfamiliar water depths, basic kicking for mobility, and unassisted back floating. Each class is conducted in a supportive environment that encourages exploration and independence, helping young swimmers become comfortable and safe in the water from an early age.

Bubble Blowing

Bubble blowing helps children get comfortable with water on their face and learn breath control—an essential first step toward confident swimming.

Safe Entry

Learning how to enter the water safely is a key part of building water awareness. We teach children how to assess depth and use proper techniques—like sitting and sliding in—to reduce the risk of slipping or panic. This skill builds confidence and encourages respect for the water from the very beginning.

Basic Kickings

Kicking forms the foundation of movement in the water. In our classes, children learn basic flutter kicks to help them stay afloat and move forward with confidence. We focus on proper leg positioning, straight legs, and rhythmic kicking to build mobility and strengthen their lower body—all through fun, supportive practice.

Unassisted Floating

Unassisted back floating helps children develop balance, body awareness, and confidence in the water. By learning to float calmly on their own, they gain a vital survival skill and build trust in their ability to stay safe without constant support. We guide them gently through this process, using fun techniques that make it a rewarding and empowering experience.
